  • Deep familiarity with European defence procurement cycles, budgeting, and sovereign security frameworks.
  • Ability to quickly master highly technical concepts such as mesh networking, edge computing, command and control, and cloud architecture, and credibly brief senior military and technical leaders.

  • Strong command of capture management or an equivalent enterprise sales pursuit methodology.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
  • Native or fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe and the Middle East.
  • Right to work in the EU and eligibility to obtain and maintain EU and/or NATO-level security clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute the Connected Warfare growth strategy across Europe and the Middle East; identify, qualify, shape, and close complex opportunities with allied nations while navigating international procurement cycles and sovereign requirements.
  • Hunt and close business with new customers across the region while partnering with delivery teams to scale and expand current contracts.

  • Work with business-line and division leadership, growth, programs, engineering, and corporate functions to shape opportunities and unblock execution.
  • Meet financial performance targets and build the multi-year plan supporting them; provide leadership with long-term regional growth and product strategy for Connected Warfare.
  • Translate region-specific mission profiles, sovereign cloud requirements, and degraded-network realities into product roadmap input.
  • Communicate technical and operational value to senior military officials, procurement officers, and partners, including how Lattice-enabled command and control closes kill chains in contested environments.
  • Use Salesforce as the system of record for accounts, pricing, points of contact, expected close dates, and customer activity.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to refine customer solutions.
  • Perform live and static demonstrations on-site or via video teleconference.
  • Create and deliver client presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.

  • An established network within European military headquarters, defence procurement agencies, and European defence primes.
  • Experience supporting export-controlled programs (US ITAR/EAR, UK Export Control, or EU dual-use) and navigating sovereign data residency or cloud-hosting regulations.
  • Experience establishing a new sales region for a defence-tech or enterprise networking company.
  • A second European language such as Dutch, German, or French, or Arabic.

About the Company

Anduril

Builds autonomous weapons for the US and allies

Anduril builds autonomous weapons, such as drones, cruise missiles, and robot submarines, for the US military and its allies, often developing them with its own money before any order arrives. In 2024 it beat Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman for an Air Force contract to develop Fury, a pilotless jet that flies alongside crewed fighters. Its Lattice software merges camera and radar feeds into one live map and lets a few operators direct many drones and weapons at once, including other companies' systems. Governments buy its systems under contract, and Anduril builds much of the hardware in its own factories. Oculus founder Palmer Luckey co-founded Anduril in 2017, and it is based in Costa Mesa, California.
