Life Time to open club at Boston's Seaport District.

Life Time to open club at Boston's Seaport District. October 6, 2026 Life Time plans to open a new athletic club at Boston's Seaport District in late 2027, marking Life Time's eighth in the Greater Boston market since debuting in 2015. The approximately 45,000-square-foot club will overlook Boston Harbor and occupy a prominent location within Commonwealth Pier, the waterfront property reimagined by Pembroke as a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring premier office, retail, hospitality and cultural experiences. Pembroke has transformed the historic pier into an iconic destination designed to foster connection with the waterfront, the Seaport neighborhood and the city's rich history and culture. "The opportunity to introduce Life Time to the Seaport neighborhood makes Commonwealth Pier especially compelling as we look for locations where we can have the greatest impact on how people live," said Parham Javaheri, Executive Vice President, President Real Estate and Chief Property Development Officer. "We're excited to create an athletic club with fitness, wellness and social spaces and experiences that reflect the character and rhythm of the neighborhood and feel distinctly connected to Boston." Life Time' said the club's design "maximizes its first waterfront setting with dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass windows, soaring 40-foot ceilings and panoramic views of Boston Harbor." The club features Life Time's boutique studio formats and classes, personal training, a co-ed rejuvenation wet suite featuring sauna, warm and cold thermal experiences, and recovery-focused amenities. It will also feature a LifeCafe and bar. "We are thrilled to welcome Life Time to Commonwealth Pier and bring its distinctive approach to health, wellness and community to Boston's waterfront," said Kristan McLaughlin, director, customer experience and asset operations, Pembroke. "What is particularly exciting is the opportunity to extend that impact beyond Life Time's membership through free public fitness programming and broader community partnerships. Together with Life Time and the Museum of American Finance, we also look forward to exploring programming with Boston Public Schools that supports student enrichment across both mind and body." Life Time entered the Boston market in 2015 with the opening of Life Time Westwood, and now operates additional destinations in Burlington, Chestnut Hill, Framingham, Medford, and Peabody and, most recently The Prudential Center, which opened in October 2025. The company operates more than 195 country clubs across the U.S. and Canada. Rendering of the Commonwealth Pier club courtesy of Life Time

Inaugural LT Games Dallas at Life Time Frisco crowns Lauren Weeks and noah Ohlsen as winners. Oct 05, 2026, 18:23 ET First LT Games competition in Texas challenged 110+ hybrid athletes across 17 high-intensity workout stations FRISCO, Texas, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Life Time (NYSE: LTH), the nation's premier healthy lifestyle brand, brought its fast-growing hybrid fitness competition to Texas with the inaugural LT Games Dallas, held Oct. 2-3 at Life Time Frisco.
