Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a software-as-a-service or financial technology environment.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models.
  • Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-organization structures.
  • Comfort working with application programming interfaces, integration logic, and system architecture, and explaining those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical solutions into business value and guide customers toward scalable approaches.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with a high level of ownership.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting complex customers with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments.
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design.
  • Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Cloud, human resources information systems, and application programming interface integrations.
  • Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams and improve time-to-value and customer success.
  • Work with customers to solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations using a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud integration and configuration options.
  • Participate in technical discovery to understand customer Oracle Cloud environments and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture, including when and how to use Ramp's application programming interface.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Oracle Cloud and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities, partnering with Sales, Product, and external partners to advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's ability to support Oracle Cloud integration use cases.
  • Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Oracle Cloud customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-driven gaps and influence roadmap decisions that support the company's largest customers.
  • Advise on non-standard Oracle Cloud implementations and edge cases, balancing customer needs with long-term platform scalability and supportability.

Miravoice raises $6.3M for AI voice agent conducting phone surveys with 120+ questions

The company's AI interviewer conducts quantitative phone surveys without human interviewers, handling questionnaires with over 120 questions lasting more than 40 minutes. The platform supports multiple languages and uses usage-based billing, charging customers for actual phone time. Founded by Nishant Jain, Danny D. Leybzon and Shreyas Tirumala, Miravoice has between 10 and 20 customers including public opinion organisations, market research firms and private companies. The startup surpassed 100,000 calls in 2025 and expects significant growth this year, with some customers planning millions of calls annually after full deployment.

Ramp acquires Juno to expand non-employee travel management capabilities

Ramp acquires Billhop to expand into UK and European markets

Ramp, the financial operations platform, has acquired Billhop, a Stockholm- and London-based payments platform licensed in the UK and Sweden. The deal will enable Ramp to expand its services to UK and European businesses for the first time, with plans to onboard customers beginning this summer. Ramp will open its first international offices in London and Stockholm, with plans to more than double its UK team over the next 12 months. Nearly half of Ramp's existing customers already transact internationally across more than 180 countries weekly. Founded in 2012, Billhop provides payments infrastructure that enables businesses to pay invoices by card even when suppliers don't accept cards.
