Veeva Systems provides cloud-based software that helps consumer goods and chemical companies manage quality, regulatory compliance, and advertising claims. The platform works by connecting different departments—from the supply chain to marketing—to provide a single source of data that tracks a product's journey and ensures it meets safety standards. Unlike competitors that offer general business tools, Veeva specializes in navigating the highly complex regulations originally found in the life sciences sector and applies that specific expertise to other regulated industries. The company's goal is to help businesses bring safe, sustainable, and compliant products to market faster by providing end-to-end visibility and traceability.

Vulcan Value Partners added Veeva Systems to its All-Cap strategy in Q2 2026, describing the company as the dominant vertical market software system of record for the life sciences industry. The investment firm noted that Veeva's customers rely on its platform to run their entire business, from drug development and regulatory approval to manufacturing, selling, and marketing. Veeva grew revenue and EBIT by 16% and 24% respectively in 2025 and maintained strong momentum into 2026. Despite these results, the stock fell nearly 20% year-to-date through end-June, moving in sympathy with the broader application software sector. On 29 July 2026, Veeva shares closed at $207.91, giving it a market capitalisation of $33.77 billion. According to data, 62 hedge funds held Veeva at the end of Q1, down from 75 in the previous quarter.

Stifel has reiterated its Buy rating and $230 price target on Veeva Systems following the company's acquisition of Copli, an agentic medical, legal and regulatory solutions firm. Veeva rebranded the acquisition as Veeva Falcon MLR, claiming the solution can eliminate 70% or more of manual MLR labour within five years. The system conducts compliance checks on promotional and medical materials against approved labels and local regulations. Veeva Systems delivers industry cloud solutions for life sciences, offering software, AI, data and consulting services.
Veeva Systems has announced Veeva EHS, a new environmental, health and safety application within Veeva Quality Cloud. The solution enables manufacturing and testing sites to identify, manage and mitigate operational and environmental risks whilst ensuring global compliance readiness. Veeva EHS integrates directly with Veeva QMS and Veeva Training, allowing safety events to automatically trigger quality deviations and assign targeted retraining. This eliminates duplicate data entry and streamlines workflows across the entire EHS process. The application provides real-time insights into leading risk indicators and uses intelligent automation to improve site efficiency. Planned for early adopter availability in August 2026, Veeva EHS represents a significant advancement in how organisations manage environmental, health and safety responsibilities through a unified platform.

June 24, 2026 Environmental, health, and safety solution is part of Veeva Quality Cloud and will deliver real-time insights and streamlined workflows PLEASANTON, CA - June 25, 2026 - Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) today announced Veeva EHS, a new application in Veeva Quality Cloud for environmental, health, and safety. With Veeva EHS, manufacturing and testing sites can proactively identify, manage, and mitigate operational and environmental risks and ensure global compliance readiness. "A modern EHS solution that simplifies processes through unified data and a seamless user experience across the entire EHS workflow can significantly improve site efficiency," said Bobbie Grant, global senior EHS manager, Thermo Fisher Scientific. "It is exciting to see Veeva build an advanced solution that can not only maintain data integrity today but also provide the foundation for AI-driven capabilities that can further reduce risk over time." Veeva EHS will provide an intuitive way to report safety incidents on the spot and manage investigations from start to finish.
