Fincons ranks among Italy's Best Employers 2027. Fincons has been recognised as one of Italy's Best Employers 2027 for the seventh consecutive year, in the ranking compiled by Corriere della Sera in collaboration with Statista and published in the newspaper's Buone Notizie (Good News) section. The study, based on anonymous employee feedback, gathered around 300,000 responses covering the working environment, pay, professional development and gender equality. It assesses 450 organisations selected from companies with at least 250 employees in Italy. This year Fincons achieved a score of 8.27 and ranks 202nd out of 450 companies overall, and 14th out of 39 in the "Internet, IT and Telecommunications" category. The result marks a strong year-on-year advance: up 224 places in the overall table and 13 spots within its sector. The findings offer a clear snapshot of the workplace in 2026. Alongside priorities such as work-life balance and the competition to attract and retain talent, artificial intelligence is emerging as a major theme, particularly regarding how employers support their people through this transition.
