Spend time with and supervise 12 youths in a medium-sized home-like environment.
Provide support and encouragement to youths.
Ensure the overall safety of youth in the program.
Assist youths with their service goals, including homework help, coping skills, and behavior management.
Act as a positive role model to support youths’ well-being.
Desired Qualifications
One year of experience working with adolescents.
Residential experience.
Experience with systems such as the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Children and Families.
Additional languages.

Requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year experience working with adolescents is preferred (not required)
Residential experience preferred
Experience with systems (e.g. DMH, DCF) preferred
Additional languages desirable, though not required
Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques
Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPR and first aid
