Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and current registration or accreditation at the level required for the relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading frontline teams and coordinating daily operations, including responding to changing service priorities.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • 100 points of identification.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
  • A satisfactory National Police Record Check.
  • An International Police Check, if applicable.
  • A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • An NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – Quality, Safety and You.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team across the Wagga Wagga and Young hubs.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership across the Wagga Wagga and Young hubs.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the clinical workforce.
  • Help the team navigate complex situations, make sound clinical decisions, and deliver safe, high-quality care.
  • Work closely with the Service and GP Partnerships Manager and Service Team Leaders to turn organisational priorities into meaningful day-to-day practice.
  • Bring clinical, peer, and psychosocial teams together to work effectively with participants, families, carers, and the wider care network.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and provide therapeutic interventions directly to participants.
  • Support the capability, confidence, and development of the team.
