About the Company

ClearSky Health

Operates inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and services

ClearSky Health runs inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs) that provide post-acute rehab care. Each hospital uses a physician-led, interdisciplinary team and offers at least 15 hours per week of therapy, 24/7 rehabilitative nursing, and services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with respiratory care, dietary services, and case management; care is funded by Medicare and other insurers. The company grows by building, acquiring, and operating IRFs to create an integrated hospital-to-home rehab network, including de novo openings and partnerships, with a focus on underserved communities. Its goal is to expand access to comprehensive rehabilitation services across multiple states and help patients recover and return home.
