About the job
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Painting skills.
- Ability to use and maintain hand tools.
- Ability to work the required schedule and maintain acceptable work attendance.
- Clean motor vehicle record and valid, current driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders, stoop, walk, stand, and bend.
- Ability to work safely in limited space inside water-only and water-ice units.
- Ability to work in heat.
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to work overtime, including some weekend or evening work.
- Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
- Demonstrate and support the company's Code of Conduct.
- Paint refill stations, including walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, and roofs.
- Pressure wash refill stations.
- Maintain landscaping at refill stations.
- Maintain and repair parking lots and refill stations.
- Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations according to company standards.
- Support and assist with construction and development efforts as needed.
- Repair water-only and water-ice units as needed.
- Properly maintain and care for the company vehicle, inventory, and equipment.
- Drive a company vehicle to company locations and units throughout the assigned area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
