Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced People Services Coordinator - Operations to support our people processes across HR administration, payroll, onboarding, data management, and employee lifecycle activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and delivering high-quality employee experience.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain and update HR and payroll records accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data insights.
• Manage employee documentation and records in HR systems.
• Support payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Respond to HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver quality HR administrative support.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and data management practices.

What you will bring to the team:

• Experience in HR administration, payroll, employee services, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A collaborative approach with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 1+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, or employee services.
• Experience working with HR data, reporting, and process administration.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is advantageous.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / Morning Shift / Hybrid (3x a week onsite)
