Cara provides a domain-specific AI platform for the insurance industry. It is a modular system that lets agencies, brokerages, and wholesalers automate customer servicing, speed up sales, and scale operations using a 24/7 digital workforce. The product works by offering specialized AI modules and automation tools that handle routine tasks, answer questions, and process workflows without human intervention. This focus on insurance and a modular, end-to-end automation approach differentiate Cara from general AI or broad CRM tools, giving insurance distributors a tailored, scalable solution. The goal is to help insurance partners improve efficiency, close more deals, and support continuous operations around the clock.
