  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience building or integrating enterprise AI-powered solutions, such as retrieval-augmented generation, large language model applications, or AI agents.
  • Ability to architect solutions from scratch, designing data flows, integration patterns, and system components in live stakeholder settings.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or development language; Python is strongly preferred, and familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of modern AI and machine-learning concepts, including large language models, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent frameworks.

  • Ability to explain technical architecture clearly to executives and translate business problems into precise technical requirements.
  • Track record of shipping prototypes that became products or pilots that became programs.
Responsibilities
  • Join business meetings and workshops to uncover automation and AI opportunities, and translate them into concrete solution architectures.

  • Own build-versus-buy decisions by evaluating third-party AI tools against custom in-house builds using technical and business criteria.
  • Define data flows, integration points, and system contracts across enterprise platforms and cloud AI services.
  • Develop working prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-grade AI features.
  • Implement and iterate on retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, large language model orchestrations, agentic workflows, API integrations, and chatbot or copilot experiences.
  • Establish telemetry and large language model evaluation frameworks for correctness, faithfulness, latency, cost, and token usage, and monitor live systems after launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams through code reviews, technical workshops, and paired development sessions.
  • Partner with business units to identify high-impact use cases, quantify return on investment, and define measurable success criteria.
  • Maintain the roadmap for AI initiatives, owning quarterly planning, backlog prioritization, and the AI development lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Maintain a current landscape and comparison matrix of AI tools, including general-purpose copilots and function-specific enterprise applications.
  • Use agile rituals and rapid experimentation to learn quickly and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, set realistic expectations, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Lead AI training sessions, internal demonstrations, and working sessions to accelerate adoption across business functions.
  • Monitor and communicate the measurable impact of launched AI solutions, including time saved, quality, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow CX or Microsoft Copilot Studio, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI and machine-learning services on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Background or coursework in product management, systems design, or solutions architecture.
