About the job

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field is required; Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, and Engineering are examples.
  • Two to three years of experience in growth or marketing analytics, marketing operations, or media buy operations, including at least two years inside a paid acquisition team at a consumer app, streaming, media, or gaming company.
  • Fluency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or a similar platform, plus experience building analytics from 0 to 1, including automated dashboards using Looker, Mode, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Experience owning or running an MMP or attribution setup such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar, and understanding SKAdNetwork, lookback windows, and deep linking.
  • Experience running at least one incrementality or holdout test and explaining what changed because of it.
  • Ability to design and interpret controlled tests, evaluate statistical significance, and connect results to actionable outcomes.
  • Business fluency in unit economics, growth levers, and return on investment.
  • Experience building or maintaining an LTV or payback model used by a team to make spend decisions.
  • Hands-on ability to implement work, proactively raise blockers, and use current AI tools daily to write and check queries, build automations, and assemble reports; AI tool use will be demonstrated live in the interview.
Responsibilities
  • Own paid growth measurement, including the MMP (AppsFlyer), SKAdNetwork, deep-link tracking, and measurement of connected TV placements on Roku, Fire TV, Vizio, and Samsung; validate the MMP against actual performance and correct tracking drift.
  • Design and automate reporting systems and dashboards for revenue, partnerships, and marketing campaigns across Snowflake and third-party tools such as Google Ads and Meta.
  • Build LTV, CAC, and payback models by platform and device, including an early indicator the team can act on within days.
  • Design and run incrementality tests, including holdout, geographic, and pre/post tests, to determine what moved viewing and subscriptions rather than what merely received credit.
  • Build and monitor A/B tests and experimentation frameworks with Product and Data teams, using statistical rigor to distinguish causation from correlation.
  • Identify and communicate actionable insights that drive user growth, partner success, and marketing ROI.
  • Run budget operations, including pacing, forecasting, and reconciliation across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and CTV platforms; work with the Growth Marketing lead on bid and budget changes and automate routine changes.
  • Perform financial modeling and potential deal analysis to predict efficacy and ROI using inputs and historical performance; make informed recommendations and predictions on CPI and CAC for new opportunities.
  • Build checks to catch broken data pipelines or incorrect CAC numbers and maintain tracking integrity.
  • Use AI tools in daily work to write and check queries, build automations, and assemble reports.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree, specifically an MBA or M.S.
  • Python or R.
  • Experience with connected TV advertising, mobile gaming user acquisition, or ad-supported streaming.
