Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
At least five years of experience in training and development is required; experience in retail, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for front-line employees is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate learners are required.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail, are required.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively is required.
Proficiency in English is required to liaise with English-speaking internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed is required.

Responsibilities

Design and develop a comprehensive training framework for store employees, including tea baristas and store managers.
Create engaging and effective training materials, manuals, and resources.
Develop training programs covering customer service, product knowledge, operational procedures, and company policies.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees.
Use a range of training methods, including workshops, on-the-job training, e-learning, and role-playing.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and adjust programs to improve outcomes.
Identify skill gaps and training needs through regular assessments and feedback from store managers.
Develop individualized training plans to address specific development needs.
Foster a continuous learning environment that supports employee growth and career development.
Monitor and assess store employees' post-training performance to ensure they apply the skills learned.
Provide feedback and support to employees and store managers to facilitate ongoing improvement.
Track training metrics and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders to align training programs with business goals and operational requirements.
Coordinate with the human resources department to integrate training programs with employee onboarding and development processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualification：
