Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy, or a related field is required.
  • Two to four years of experience in management consulting, investment banking at a top-tier firm, corporate strategy, or commercial strategy roles is required, preferably in digital, marketplace, software as a service, or other technology-driven businesses.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is required for financial analysis, structured problem-solving, executive-level presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working with large datasets and applying analytical frameworks to generate actionable commercial insights is required.
  • Experience using business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights are required.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to develop executive-level presentations and communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are required to collaborate cross-functionally, influence decision-making, and build trusted relationships across teams.
  • The ability to work with ambiguity, apply structured problem-solving, and drive analyses from hypothesis through recommendation is required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive short-, medium-, and long-term revenue growth objectives across the Marketplace and Software businesses.
  • Develop and recommend pricing models, packaging, and commercial offers aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and commercial performance to identify opportunities to optimize pricing, monetization, cross-sell strategies, and overall revenue performance.
  • Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and executive-ready recommendations to evaluate pricing initiatives, commercial investments, and strategic growth opportunities, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership as required.
  • Support the evolution of pricing governance and processes by developing pricing frameworks, improving decision-making tools, and promoting consistent pricing practices across the organization.
  • Challenge existing commercial approaches and champion innovative pricing and monetization strategies, identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the pricing and offer portfolio.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to align pricing and commercial strategies with product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and corporate objectives, while delivering regular executive reporting on commercial performance and strategic initiatives.
