About the job
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, event or tradeshow logistics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with generative artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, and the ability to apply them effectively to everyday work.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer relationship management, including managing customer records, tracking activities and interactions, and maintaining accurate data.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with moving parts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain systems such as trackers, checklists, and schedules to keep complex work on track.
- Ability to coordinate relationships with operators, vendors, show organizers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel periodically for new store openings and tradeshows.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Ability to lift and carry 25–50 pounds, including cases of product, equipment, and supplies.
- Ability to work near hot equipment and in hot, cold, or noisy environments, including kitchens and walk-in coolers.
- Ability to load, unload, and set up tradeshow booth materials and equipment.
- Ability to work in warehouse settings around outsourced labor and moving equipment, and to travel to store locations and tradeshow venues with overnight stays as needed.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding timeline for each new store, from signed agreement through opening day, coordinating directly with Territory Performance Managers and new operators.
- Run onboarding calls with operators, drive deliverables forward, and resolve blockers directly where possible.
- Maintain and continuously improve the onboarding tracker and readiness reporting, flag risks and delays to leadership, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure every new store has full access to and onboarding for the Franchise Resource Center, tools, systems, and platforms, and that required documentation is complete before opening.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for onboarding issues raised by Territory Performance Managers, the warehouse, or operators.
- Manage the master new store training schedule by coordinating trainer availability, store readiness, and opening dates.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, coverage gaps, and last-minute changes to opening timelines.
- Support maintenance of materials, job aids, and videos based on field feedback and evolving store needs.
- Own the tradeshow process, register for each show, and manage associated deadlines, vendor requirements, and show requirements.
- Run tradeshow critical path calls to align the team on scheduling and travel booking.
- Create equipment and packing lists for each show and ensure booth materials, signage, and product needs are accounted for.
- Organize and manage outsourced warehouse labor supporting tradeshow preparation and load-out.
- Maintain warehouse safety requirements and compliance standards for tradeshow-related storage and staging.
- Coordinate venue logistics, including food orders and electrical and utility requirements for the show booth.
- Book shipping and freight for booth materials and equipment to and from each show.
- Coordinate with show organizers on hotel room blocks and staff travel logistics.
- Franchise, retail, or restaurant industry experience is a plus.
