About the Job

Requirements

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including empathy and active listening.
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to changes.
  • Fluency in Latvian and good spoken Russian language skills.
  • Russian and English language skills are needed to fulfill customer agreements; English is also needed to work with colleagues abroad and related companies, and to use internal documents, systems, and programs.
  • Positive attitude and motivation to provide excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally serve customers, answer their questions, and offer solutions.
  • Provide a positive and excellent customer experience.
  • Contribute to project success, suggest improvements, share knowledge, and learn with colleagues.
  • Work a 40-hour-per-week shift schedule. The service line operates 24 hours a day; night shifts from 22:00 to 08:00 are optional, and only day shifts are offered during the first two months.
