Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, or at least 1 year as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative ready to move into a closing role.
  • A proven track record of independently sourcing, managing, and closing deals and exceeding quota at a high-growth company.
  • Experience selling to finance professionals or revenue operations teams, or prior experience at a fintech company.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the resourcefulness to build processes where none exists.
  • A hunter's mindset: curious, competitive, coachable, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies within the ideal customer profile, identifying high-value prospects and creating entry points to break into and expand strategic accounts.
  • Generate and qualify pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, building a consistent top-of-funnel motion across multichannel outreach to generate predictable, sustained growth.
  • Run consultative, insight-led sales cycles, applying knowledge of the fintech and business-to-business software-as-a-service landscape to translate the platform into measurable financial and operational outcomes for chief financial officers, finance and revenue operations teams, and technology buyers.
  • Own quota and contribute meaningfully to company-wide growth targets.
  • Close the loop with marketing and product by sharing field insights that sharpen positioning, messaging, and the product roadmap.
  • Lead by example and set the pace for the broader go-to-market team as it scales.
