Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a closing or end-to-end business-to-business sales role, ideally in a software-as-a-service or software environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, ask the right questions, and develop solutions that provide sustainable value.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, structurally, and persuasively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented manner, prioritize effectively, and take responsibility for results.
  • Ability to handle setbacks confidently and maintain focus during complex, long-term sales processes.
  • Ability to share best practices, support the team, and contribute actively to a collaborative sales culture.
  • German at native-speaker level or Common European Framework of Reference for Languages C2 level, and English at minimum B2 level.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and win new business customers in the business-to-business environment through proactive prospecting and processing qualified leads.
  • Analyze individual customer requirements and develop tailored solutions based on the product portfolio.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through successful contract conclusion.
  • Create convincing business cases and conduct professional product presentations that make the value of the solutions tangible.
  • Build and sustainably develop long-term relationships with relevant decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success to continuously optimize the customer journey.
  • Independently plan and prioritize sales activities, continuously develop the pipeline, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
