Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience building and managing crypto, e-wallet, or other fintech products in Southeast Asia and/or greater China.
A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (for example, computer science) or a design-related field (for example, design or human-computer interaction).
Experience managing a team of product managers, engineers, or product feature teams.
Experience with spot trading, margin, and futures products.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions.
Ability to work in a data-driven environment and move metrics to reach key performance indicator goals.
Ability to apply logic from first principles.
Fluency in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Work with engineering and design to ideate, build, and optimize web and mobile app user journeys from onboarding to payments and trading.
Own related operational metrics, including know-your-customer pass rates and payment success rates.
Work with the CEO to lead development of new products, including margins and futures, globally.
Own the global product roadmap across different countries in accordance with local regulations.
Manage the global product, design, and product operations team.
Drive decision-making through quantitative results, testing, qualitative research, and customer insights.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, design, operations, compliance, and legal, to scale the platform while managing operational efficiency.

Coins.ph is looking for a Product Lead with a strong fintech / ewallet / payments background to join our team. In this role you will help drive our product to have the best-in-class user experience, based on dataand industry practices. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the fintech industry helping business stakeholders with innovative solutions, and in drivinguser experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

Work with CEO to lead the new products (margins, futures and others) development globally
Responsible for the global product roadmap in different countries following local regulations
Manage the overal global product, design and product operations team

Requirements

Able to work in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to reach KPI goals
Curious, inquisitive and logical. Able to drive logic from first principles
Good communication skills and can collaborate effectively with a breadth of stakeholders including engineering, lawyers, compliance people, sales reps, and executives
Fluent in both English and Chinese
