Requirements
  • At least 10 years of Army logistics experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, or equivalent headquarters organizations is required.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, SharePoint, and Army readiness systems is required.
  • An active Secret clearance is required.
  • Excellent analytical and briefing skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze Army equipping guidance and modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinate readiness and equipment management efforts across Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, and Direct Reporting Units.
  • Support Army Strategic Readiness Assessments and Total Army Readiness Reviews.
  • Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Track readiness metrics and materiel support requirements.
  • Support modernization and fleet management initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience as a former Army logistics planner or readiness analyst is preferred.
  • Experience supporting the Army Materiel Command, Forces Command, Army Futures Command, or Headquarters, Department of the Army is preferred.
