Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in healthcare, clinical trials, diagnostics, or another regulated healthcare environment, including at least 3 years building, growing, or scaling a network, community, or partner program involving clinics or trial sites.
  • Ability to build and scale a structured program or network from an early framework to full operation, including defining qualification criteria, incentive structures, and a repeatable operating cadence.
  • Ability to coordinate engineering, product, marketing, and legal stakeholders toward a shared roadmap and drive progress without direct authority over those teams.
  • Ability to use data to track performance, calibrate qualification criteria, and report on program health.
  • Experience negotiating or structuring commercial terms with institutional partners, including contracts, master service agreements, or revenue-sharing arrangements.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial site feasibility and enrollment considerations and ability to translate them into criteria, tooling, or process.
  • Experience working with quality or compliance data, such as protocol deviations, data quality metrics, or CAPA findings, to inform tiering or certification decisions.
  • Ability to write outreach, recognition, and relationship communications for a scientific and clinical audience.
  • Ability to design simple, scalable programs and turn an early-stage framework into durable infrastructure.
  • Empathy for trial site investigators and coordinators, sponsors, internal commercial and clinical teams, and patients.
Responsibilities
  • Define the strategic vision and multi-year direction for the Beacon Trial Site Network, including priorities, sequencing, and its long-term structure.
  • Set the product vision for platform capabilities supporting the Trial Site Network and translate Life Sciences and Diagnostics requirements into a coherent roadmap.
  • Work with engineering teams to prioritize needed platform capabilities, inform product decisions, and advocate for site-facing capabilities on product roadmaps.
  • Build and oversee a patient recruitment capability using EHR-based patient matching, patient-specific tokenized data, historical performance, site capacity, and other relevant inputs.
  • Match sponsor and study demand to qualified member sites and own the process that routes opportunities into the network.
  • Define and own the commercial terms of network membership, evaluate options, and refine the value exchange for sites and Beacon.
  • Own institutional relationships, including health system contracting, IRB coordination, master service agreements, and relationships with investigators and coordinators.
  • Own the Trial Site Network roadmap and operating model, taking it from an early framework to a fully operating network with offerings, targets, and milestones.
  • Direct the sourcing methodology for candidate sites and refine qualification and certification criteria for membership tiers.
  • Own the site-facing voice of the network, including outreach, onboarding, check-ins, recertification communications, templates, and relationship touchpoints.
  • Establish KPIs, review cadence, decision rights, and membership-tier upgrade and downgrade pathways, and report network value, growth, and health to Beacon leadership.
  • Shape how network membership is represented to sponsors and CROs as evidence of site readiness, data quality, and faster study start-up.
