About the Company

Navitas

In-house sales coaching, training, and management

What Navitas does: It provides in-house sales coaching and training, called Sales Developer, and can also take over sales management for other companies for a fixed period. How its products work: Navitas runs structured coaching and training programs to develop sales skills inside a client’s team, and, when needed, assumes sales leadership for an agreed timeframe. It also offers NLP training as a specialty, using language-based strategies to improve selling performance. How it differs from competitors: It combines ongoing consulting with hands-on management support and a partial ownership model in some cases, aiming for durable changes in both results and people, instead of just advising or outsourcing in isolation. What its goal is: To create long-lasting positive changes in sales organizations by improving the bottom line and supporting personal growth for individuals within those organizations.
