Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • IEM ran 2026 tours in Raleigh, Miami, Houston, Stoccolma, Belgrado, and London.
  • The American branch in Miami broadens access to U.S. buyers and media.
  • Confagricoltura and major consortia amplify distribution reach and validate IEM's event platform.

What critics are saying

  • Revenue depends on winery marketing budgets and consortia sponsorships, not recurring software.
  • If major Italian producers build in-house export teams, IEM becomes replaceable by 2027.
  • Trade-show attendance shocks in London, Hong Kong, or U.S. cities crush conversion rates.

What makes IEM unique

  • IEM owns Simply Italian Great Wines, a repeatable global wine-promotion tour in 2026.
  • Marina Nedic and Giancarlo Voglino bring 25 years and 500+ events.
  • IEM combines walkaround tastings, B2B meetings, seminars, and press access.
