What believers are saying

  • SSA’s 2.8% 2026 COLA increases retiree income and supports supplemental-insurance demand.
  • Aging boomers keep expanding ASB’s addressable market for Medicare and annuity products.
  • Integrity’s March 9, 2026 partner page shows ASB remains an active platform partner.

What critics are saying

  • Bankers Life v. ASB continues in 2026, alleging trade-secret theft and Protocol breaches.
  • Winters v. ASB led a TCPA class action; telemarketing practices remain lawsuit magnets.
  • If commissions tighten or referrals dry up, ASB’s agent-recruitment model collapses fast.

What makes American Senior Benefits unique

  • ASB sells only senior-market products: Medicare, annuities, life, long-term care.
  • Integrity acquired ASB on July 16, 2019, adding national distribution and support.
  • ASB still touts 100-plus locations and 1,500 affiliated agents, preserving local reach.
