About the Job

Requirements

  • 15–20+ years of experience in enterprise or corporate systems architecture, owning large-scale CRM, ERP, and data platform transformations in complex, global B2B environments.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise across Sales, Service, CPQ, and Experience Cloud, including Apex, integration patterns, security model, org design, and Agentforce configuration and governance.
  • Solid Oracle EBS knowledge across GL, AR/AP, billing and revenue flows, and the patterns connecting Salesforce commercial data to EBS invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
  • Meaningful Snowflake architecture experience, including schema design, semantic and data contract layers, Cortex and AI capabilities, and understanding how DWH design choices shape analytics and AI workloads.
  • Integration and MDM depth with Informatica or comparable platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Tray, and a strong understanding of resilient, observable pipeline architecture across complex application landscapes.
  • Practical experience designing agentic architectures, including LLM grounding and retrieval, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop design, and governance frameworks that scale across an enterprise.
  • Ability to build architecture frameworks that enable distributed teams to make consistent, high-quality design decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly to Finance, CS, and RevOps leaders.
  • Proven Senior Director track record owning cross-functional programs and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the target-state architecture across core corporate system platforms and adjacent systems, ensuring a coherent, well-governed, future-ready platform estate.
  • Establish reusable architectural reference patterns across experience, integration, data, AI, and security; define data contracts, cross-system impact assessment, and enduring quality and resilience principles.
  • Own the AI orchestration and agentic framework, connecting Agentforce agents, Snowflake Cortex models, semantic layers, and business rules into a governed, production-ready ecosystem across the enterprise application estate.
  • Architect AI-enabled solutions across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including Agentforce Account Summary and Next Best Action, conversational analytics agents, PS intelligent automation, and AI-driven financial governance, embedding data privacy and responsible AI governance in partnership with the AI Governance Council and broader IT organization including InfoSec.
  • Own the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash architecture across lead qualification and progression, commercial terms configuration, and the modeling and governance of orders, subscriptions, overages, and revenue flows across Salesforce CPQ, Oracle EBS, Stripe/Chargebee, Snowflake, and Gainsight.
  • Architect PLG and SLG convergence for acquired organizations by delivering repeatable, documented approaches that accelerate time-to-value with each acquisition.
  • Define master data architecture for Accounts, Contacts, Subscriptions, Contracts, Products, and Financials, establishing systems of record and data contracts across Salesforce, EBS, CVII, Marketo, and Snowflake; partner with Data Governance to embed quality, stewardship, and lineage into platform design.
  • Set integration design standards for pipeline architecture, schema change management, resilience patterns, and entitlement management; collaborate with Analytics and CloudOps to advance Snowflake as the enterprise intelligence platform for analytics, BI, and AI workloads.
  • Serve as architecture owner for transformation programs across Corporate Systems and Cvent, the overall AI portfolio, and M&A, providing standards, patterns, review processes, and decision criteria that enable architects across CRM, Oracle, Snowflake, and integration domains to operate autonomously and scale their work.
  • Drive design review (ARB) across teams and external partners; advise VP IT, CIO, and business leaders; work with architects embedded across CRM, Oracle, and Snowflake environments to co-own direction, raise collective standards, and contribute to talent strategy as the architecture community grows.

Desired Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Snowflake, Oracle EBS, and TOGAF are a plus.
