Requirements
  • At least 1 year of MRI experience.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program or MRI school.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) license, or ARMRIT, or CAMRT.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
  • Interview and screen patients before MRI procedures to identify safety concerns and contraindications.
  • Perform MRI procedures according to protocols established by radiologists.
  • Begin studies and transfer images.
  • Document patient history and complete studies in EPIC, an electronic medical record (EMR) system, and PACS.
Desired Qualifications
  • Cardiac and pediatric MRI experience.
