Requirements

  • A certificate of completion of secondary school is required.
  • Portuguese proficiency for conversation, writing, and reading is mandatory.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and client information, business data, and brand information.
  • Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
  • Observe workplace hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain brand and certifier standards at a high level in daily activities.
  • Attend the daily briefing punctually at the shift time established by the cleaning supervisor to receive updates on routines and events.
  • Be responsible for all equipment and accessories needed to perform the role.
  • Clean public guest areas and common areas according to established procedures.
  • Organize and focus on daily cleaning procedures for floors, carpets, and common areas.
  • Clean glass doors and windows.
  • Clean walls and frames in corridors and public areas.
  • Clean the inside and outside of waste bins in public areas.
  • Maintain the cleaning routine for offices.
  • Remove waste from corridors and common areas, sorting it and applying selective waste collection practices.
  • Clean stairs, elevators, doors, walls, and ceilings.
  • Clean fire extinguishers, lights, walls, and floors.
  • Maintain cleanliness across hotel areas as assigned by the immediate supervisor, including restaurants, lobby bar, social entrance, bathrooms, administrative areas, spa, fitness area, pool area, and event area.
  • Perform activities with attention and discipline.
  • Carry out other activities as required by the department.
