About the company

Silver.dev connects venture-backed US startups with vetted Latin American software engineers. It offers Direct Hiring, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Staffing, and Employer of Record (EOR) services to provide interview-ready candidates, ongoing talent access, payroll, contracts, onboarding, and compliance for cross-border hires. An engineering-led screening process ensures technical proficiency and startup-fit, supported by open-source tools like a Resume Checker and a Behavioral Checker, plus English coaching.
