Meet Jessica Brady & Samantha Ushedo: Echelon's newest Dubai instructors.

Meet Jessica Brady & Samantha Ushedo: Echelon's newest Dubai instructors. The Echelon community is growing, and Echelon is welcoming two new faces to the team. Joining Echelon from its Dubai studio, Jessica Brady and Samantha Ushedo bring years of coaching experience, a passion for movement, and two very different styles of training to Echelon. Whether you're ready to pick up the pace on Stride or clip in for a high-energy Connect ride, get ready to see a lot more of them. Meet Jessica Brady Studio: Dubai Language: English Instagram: @jessicabradyfit Teaches On: Stride Thursdays: 6:00 AM ET | 11:00 AM BST | 2:00 PM GST "Dig in, dig deep, do me proud!" Running has been part of Jessica Brady's life for a long time, but her experience extends far beyond the treadmill. Jessica grew up competing in track and field before finding the gym at 16, CrossFit at 19, and eventually HYROX. Today, she's a HYROX Pro Athlete and Head HYROX Coach who has competed around the world, including a Top 40 finish at the 2026 HYROX World Championships. Her approach to fitness is backed by an equally impressive academic background. Jessica holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology and is a Chartered BPS Psychologist, alongside Level 2 and 3 Personal Training and HYROX certifications. That combination of performance, psychology, and coaching is something she'll bring to every Echelon Stride class. "I love running and teaching," Jessica says. "I love sharing my energy with others, which comes out so much when I teach Stride." What to Expect in Jessica's Classes Three words: fun, passionate, high-energy. Jessica wants members to work hard, but she doesn't believe fitness needs to feel intimidating or overly serious. In fact, she describes herself as "a little bit weird (in a good way)," and that personality comes through in her coaching. For anyone just beginning their fitness journey, her advice is equally approachable: "There is no pressure at all. Ease yourself in and then build up. Most importantly, enjoy it." And if you hear some country music during class? You can probably guess who picked the playlist. Beyond the Treadmill When Jessica isn't coaching or competing, you'll likely find her reading, enjoying something sweet like brownies, cookies, cake and croissants all make the list. Or spending time with her four-year-old Olde English Bulldog, Winston, whom she calls her best friend. She also credits her dad as one of her biggest inspirations, particularly for his work ethic and strong mindset. Now, she's ready to bring that same mindset to Echelon. Meet Samantha Ushedo Studio: Dubai Language: English Instagram: @samanthaushedo Teaches On: Connect Mondays: 1:00 PM ET | 6:00 PM BST | 9:00 PM GST Tuesdays: 3:00 AM ET | 8:00 AM BST | 11:00 AM GST Saturdays: 5:00 AM ET | 10:00 AM BST | 1:00 PM GST "You've got this. You can do hard things. Be an example of what's possible." For Samantha Ushedo, indoor cycling started with an unexpected change of plans. After nearly 20 years of competitive soccer, a knee injury forced her to find a new way to move. She walked into an indoor cycling class and immediately found something familiar. "There is something so powerful about the energy of a whole room moving together to music," Samantha says. Nearly a decade later, that feeling still drives the way she coaches. Originally from Canada and now based in Dubai, Samantha is a multi-modality group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and life coach with experience across cycling, HIIT, HYROX, Lagree, and Sculpt. She holds certifications in personal training, SPIN Power, the Lagree Method, life coaching, health mindset coaching, and nutrition. She also holds a BScH in Biochemistry and a Master's in the Management of Innovation. What to Expect in Samantha's Classes Samantha describes her coaching style as energetic, challenging, and fun. Her classes are carefully programmed, but the experience is about more than finishing a workout. She wants members to leave feeling more capable than when they started. "I'll ask for more than you think you've got, but I'll also always meet you where you're at." That philosophy has personal meaning for Samantha. While training for her second HYROX race, she began experiencing significant knee problems and learned that she had no cartilage left in either knee. After a period where she wasn't sure she'd be able to exercise again, she focused on rehabilitation, strength training, and correcting imbalances. Today, she's back doing what she loves - and considers that comeback one of her proudest fitness achievements. It's also why you'll hear her remind members that "You can do hard things." Why Echelon? For Samantha, joining Echelon is an opportunity to take the energy she loves about group fitness beyond the walls of a studio. "Not everyone can get to a studio, and not everyone has the time," she says. "Echelon removes those barriers." Whether someone is squeezing in a ride at 6 AM before the day begins or taking some much-needed time for themselves after work, Samantha wants members to experience the connection of training together with zero commute required. Outside of class, expect plenty of coffee, long walks, audiobooks and podcasts, and the occasional non-negotiable cookie. And when it comes to her playlists, Afrobeats is currently at the top of the list.

Echelon Workout Builder AI launches, delivering Personalized Training at home, in the gym and on the go. New platform creates adaptive strength and recovery programs while giving fitness operators a customizable solution for increasing member engagement. STUART, FL, UNITED STATES, August 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ - Echelon Fitness today announced the launch of Echelon Workout Builder AI(TM), a personalized fitness app that creates adaptive seven-day strength and recovery programs around each user's goals, experience, readiness, available time and access to equipment. Designed for use at home, while traveling or in the gym, Echelon Workout Builder AI gives users a clear, structured training plan wherever they choose to exercise. Many people know what they want to accomplish but struggle to determine which exercises to perform, how hard to train and how to adjust their routines over time. Echelon Workout Builder AI removes that guesswork by creating personalized programs that evolve based on each user's performance and feedback. Whether someone is entering a gym for the first time, returning after time away or already training regularly, Echelon Workout Builder AI meets users at their current fitness level. It helps beginners understand what to do, gives regular gym-goers greater structure and consistency, and challenges experienced users with programming that adapts as their performance improves. "Throughout beta testing, users consistently told us that Echelon Workout Builder AI pushed them harder than they would have pushed themselves," said Lou Lentine, founder and CEO of Echelon Fitness. "I experienced the same thing personally. When I tracked comparable sessions using WHOOP and Apple Health, my WHOOP Strain scores were 50% to 80% higher than during my typical self-directed workouts. Echelon Workout Builder AI gave our beta users - and me - the structure and motivation to get more out of every session." Personalized Training From Planning Through Completion Echelon Workout Builder AI supports users throughout the training experience, from creating a personalized plan to completing each exercise. Key features include: Adaptive Programming: Echelon Workout Builder AI creates seven-day strength and recovery programs based on the user's goals, preferences, experience, readiness, schedule and available equipment. Future programming adjusts based on performance and feedback. Train Anywhere: Users can generate workouts for the equipment available at home, while traveling or inside a gym, allowing them to maintain a consistent program wherever they train. Guidance for Every Fitness Level: Echelon Workout Builder AI provides clear, step-by-step direction for beginners while giving experienced users the structure, progression and adaptability needed to continue improving. Exercise demonstrations, prescribed sets and repetitions, rest timers and performance-based adjustments help every user get more from each session. Gym-Aware Programming: At participating facilities, Echelon Workout Builder AI can account for available equipment, equipment locations and designated training areas to create a more efficient workout flow through the gym. Daily Training Dashboard: A centralized dashboard organizes the day's workout, exercise instructions, rest timers, progress information and video demonstrations from a curated library of more than 1,000 exercises. Fitness-Specific Intelligence: Unlike general-purpose artificial intelligence tools, Echelon Workout Builder AI is purpose-built for fitness and combines structured programming logic, exercise science and fitness-specific safeguards to create practical, goal-based training recommendations. Helping Gyms Deliver More Personalized Member Experiences In addition to the consumer app, Echelon Workout Builder AI offers an enterprise solution for independent gyms, studios and multi-location fitness operators. Facilities can deploy a white-label version of the platform featuring their own branding, colors and logo. Fitness businesses can also integrate Echelon Workout Builder AI into an existing app or digital platform through its software development kit. The platform is designed to support integrations with leading gym-management systems, including ABC Fitness, Daxko, Mindbody and Club Automation. These integrations can help facilities connect members with personalized programming and create a more coordinated digital fitness experience. For fitness operators, Echelon Workout Builder AI supports members throughout their fitness journey - from helping a new member confidently complete a first workout to giving experienced members fresh programming and continued challenges. This provides personalized support beyond personal-training sessions and gives members another reason to remain engaged with their facility. By making personalized programming more accessible, Echelon Workout Builder AI gives fitness operators another way to strengthen engagement and provide greater value throughout the membership experience. Availability Echelon Workout Builder AI is available beginning today on the App Store for $14.99 per month following a 15-day trial. The app is coming soon to Google Play.
