About the job
- A completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable field is required; alternatively, an IT-related vocational qualification or comparable qualification through relevant professional and project experience is accepted.
- Strong affinity for IT and technology, with the ability to process complex matters, assess them soundly, and derive clear recommendations.
- A solution-oriented, analytical, and structured working style and a confident manner.
- High customer orientation, openness to new ideas, and the ability to bring different stakeholders together effectively.
- Good written and spoken German, at least B2–C1.
- Support long-term solution development for new and evolving IT systems in close collaboration with the corporate customer division and internal IT.
- Capture and analyze business requirements from the corporate customer area and internal interfaces; refine user stories and translate them into viable target models for processes, data, and interfaces.
- Work in an agile team to implement requirements from clarification with internal customers through production launch, coordinating closely with the Product Owner and IT.
- Serve as the central contact for internal customers for the applications managed, representing the Composite Business Architecture area.
- Conduct software tests and reviews, and create and maintain clear, traceable documentation.
- Experience in business architecture or business analysis in the composite insurance environment, focused on corporate customer insurance.
