Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and ensure their arrival, stay, and departure exceed expectations.
  • Provide personalized, attentive service and handle special requests with discretion.
  • Anticipate and fulfill VIP guest preferences and special requests based on detailed guest profiles, including room setup, dining arrangements, and exclusive amenities.
  • Collaborate with concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments to coordinate VIP services and requests.
  • Create and deliver unique experiences tailored to each VIP guest, including personalized welcome amenities, bespoke itineraries, and special surprises.
  • Solicit and listen to guest feedback and address issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, including detailed records of preferences and special requests.
  • Stay informed about hospitality industry trends and emerging technologies to improve and innovate guest experiences.
  • Manage room reservations, including available accommodations and rates.
  • Handle multiple telephone calls simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conduct final inspections of VIP rooms to ensure they meet required standards before guest arrival.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival in the lobby.
  • Introduce guests to the hotel's amenities and services.
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and directions.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and information to enhance guests' stays.
  • Perform other tasks as required to ensure optimal guest service.

Outbound Park City set to open in early 2027.

Outbound Park City set to open in early 2027. Reading Time: 2 minutes US: Lifestyle brand Outbound Hotels will open its 180-room Park City property in early 2027, located in Utah. With views of the Wasatch Mountains, Outbound Park City will open for stays beginning 1 April 2027. Alongside its 180 rooms, amenities include two F&B venues - an all-day diner and cocktail bar - alongside two social areas. One serves as an indoor retreat with a pool, hot tub, cabanas and loungers, while an outdoor courtyard includes fire pits, outdoor games, and areas for live music. An additional 11,000 square feet of flexible meeting space is also available for events. "Park City is an exciting opportunity for us to bring the Outbound experience to one of the country's most iconic four-season mountain destinations," said Matthew Mering, co-founder of Outbound Hotels. "With reservations now open, we're one step closer to welcoming guests to a place where they can get outside, spend time together and enjoy everything Park City has to offer all year round." The Outbound portfolio includes The Virginian Lodge in Jackson Hole, WY; Outbound Mammoth in Mammoth Lakes, CA; Outbound Stowe in Stowe, VT; and Outbound Sedona in Sedona, AZ. CoralTree Hospitality appoints new CTO.

CoralTree Hospitality appoints new CTO. CoralTree Hospitality has appointed Jeff Knowlton as chief technology officer to lead the company's enterprise technology strategy, digital innovation and systems optimization across its portfolio. Knowlton brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and technology leadership, digital transformation, guest-facing platform enhancement and operational system modernization to his new role. He will oversee CoralTree's technology roadmap, focusing on improving guest experience, operational efficiency and scalable infrastructure to support the company's expansion. "Jeff's deep expertise at the intersection of hospitality and technology makes him an exceptional addition to our leadership team," said Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality. "As we continue to grow, his vision and leadership will be instrumental in delivering innovative, seamless, and data-driven guest experiences across our portfolio." Before joining CoralTree Hospitality, Knowlton most recently served as chief information officer at Peregrine Hospitality. Prior to that, he served in the same role at Sonesta Hotels International.
