- Ensure the execution of research and development projects in coordination with the work team.

- Participate in internal and external meetings with suppliers, research centers, and laboratories to support training and enrich departmental knowledge.
- Conduct market studies and monitoring to stay informed about the latest technologies.
- Study the possible effective implementation of technologies in products.
- Advanced level of German.
