  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia is required.
  • One year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the pharmacist in filling, compounding, and dispensing physician orders.
  • Perform technical duties involved with handling, packaging, and delivering pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in two or more pharmacy function areas, including production/distribution, oncology, inventory management, narcotics, nursery, surgery, compounding, and home care/outpatient.
  • Provide patient care services to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
