About the job
- 2–4 years of experience in Big 4, investment banking, or another relevant financial background.
- Hands-on experience independently building DCF and multiples-based valuations.
- Experience building and maintaining financial models for investment projects.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Experience with unit economics analysis of a business or project.
- Experience preparing investment memoranda and management presentations.
- Exposure to deal work, including due diligence, deal materials, and work with deal stakeholders.
- Readiness to sign a non-disclosure agreement and undergo the employer’s standard security screening, including polygraph testing.
- Working proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
- Based in Ukraine.
- Ability to conduct financial modelling and valuation.
- Ability to conduct market and industry research.
- Structured written and verbal communication with senior management.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to own an analysis end to end.
- Analyze companies and investment opportunities, build financial models for investment projects, prepare investment materials for management, and participate in deals from due diligence through deal materials.
- Conduct financial analysis of companies and investment opportunities using discounted cash flow, trading multiples, and unit economics.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment projects.
- Analyze financial statements, markets, and industry trends.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and analytical materials for management.
- Participate in deal processes, including due diligence, preparation of deal materials, and work with stakeholders.
- ACCA or CFA qualification.
