Finance Associate
About the job
- An academic major in Finance, Accounting, and/or Management is required.
- One to three years of experience in a finance, accounting, or related administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English is required.
- Hands-on experience with at least one finance or accounting tool, such as Xero, SAP, or an equivalent, is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling are required.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision is required.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules around the clock, including public holidays and weekends, is required.
- Willingness to work in Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang, is required.
- Process and reconcile account-related financial transactions daily or weekly.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documentation in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal supervisors and relevant teams to resolve billing, invoicing, or payment discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing activities, including data validation and report preparation.
- Respond to finance-related queries from operational contacts in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with ATI's internal financial processes and client-specific protocols.
- Promptly flag risks, errors, or anomalies to the Senior Supervisor with supporting documentation.
- Assist in continuously improving finance workflows as the account scales.
