Juvare partners with Factal, bringing ai-driven threat detection and expert human verification directly into WebEOC.

Juvare partners with Factal, bringing ai-driven threat detection and expert human verification directly into WebEOC. Where verified intelligence meets decisive action. October 19, 2026 10:00 ET | Source: Juvare ATLANTA, Oct. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Juvare, a global leader in operational resilience and critical incident management, announces a strategic partnership with Factal. This partnership integrates Factal's AI-powered event detection and editor-verified intelligence directly into WebEOC, giving emergency management and security teams a single, trusted source of real-time risk intelligence inside the platform they already use for incident response. With AI becoming ubiquitous for resilience, signals move faster, but wrong calls and false positives arrive sooner, too. Workflow efficiency is rendered worthless when the information is wrong. WebEOC and Factal present a deliberate enhancement: human judgment at the point of threat validation. Factal's 24/7 editors, drawn from major global outlets such as Reuters and AFP, bring deep geopolitical risk and crisis verification expertise to each incident. They confirm threats through source triangulation and geolocation against a customer's defined risk priorities before anything reaches a security team. Combined with WebEOC, this means less noise and more trusted intelligence for high-stakes operations. "The question every security leader asks in a critical moment is not, 'How fast did we find out?' It's, 'Were we right?' A security function that moves fast on bad intelligence does not protect the business; it exposes it. Juvare has spent twenty years building the infrastructure that sits behind decision making with proven workflows, coordination, and accountability chains. Bringing Factal's verified intelligence into WebEOC puts human-reviewed awareness at the front of that chain so critical decisions start with facts." - Gaurav Khanna, Chief Product Officer, Juvare WebEOC with Factal delivers a unified set of capabilities across the full response lifecycle - AI-powered detection, human verification, confidence-based alerting, and seamless delivery into operational workflows - bringing verified intelligence directly into the systems teams use to coordinate response. This approach reflects a shared commitment between Juvare and the experts behind Factal to protect the people and communities who depend on getting the response right. "Factal was built on the conviction that in a crisis, a false alarm is not a minor inconvenience. It is a failure. Every one of our editors exists to ensure that when our customers act, they act on something real. Integrating with WebEOC means verified awareness now connects directly to the risk assessment and continuity infrastructure that acts on it. The chain that we always knew needed to exist is finally complete." - Charlie Tillinghast, CEO, Factal About Juvare Juvare is a global leader in operational resilience, incident management, and emergency preparedness. For 20+ years and over a million critical events managed, Juvare solutions have helped public safety agencies, federal governments, Fortune 500 enterprises, healthcare systems, and critical infrastructure providers coordinate response, act on real-time intelligence, and maintain continuity. Juvare partners with Healthcare Association of Hawaii to power statewide healthcare capacity visibility.

Juvare partners with Healthcare Association of Hawaii to power statewide healthcare capacity visibility. ATLANTA, Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Hospital bed capacity visibility is the backbone of coordinated care, and nowhere is that more true than across an island chain where patient movement options are limited and every bed counts. Juvare is stepping up to meet that challenge in Hawaii. Through a new partnership with Laulima Data Alliance, a subsidiary of the Healthcare Association of Hawaii (HAH), Juvare will deploy its proven EMResource(R) platform to power Hawaii's statewide hospital bed capacity system, giving hospitals, behavioral health facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and state EMS agencies near real-time visibility into bed availability across the islands. The new system ensures continuity for Hawaii's 25 acute care hospitals, which have relied on a continuously available statewide bed capacity platform since November 2023, while expanding coverage to behavioral health facilities and skilled nursing facilities for the first time. Automated data refreshes as frequently as every 15 minutes, paired with configurable dashboards and alerting, will keep hospitals, coalitions, and the state aligned on a single operating picture. This partnership builds on more than two decades of Juvare's presence in Hawaii. Juvare's WebEOC, CORES RMS, and EMTrack platforms have supported the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency since 2006, the Hawaii Department of Health since 2012, and the Healthcare Association of Hawaii itself since 2004, making this expansion a natural extension of an already deeply integrated ecosystem rather than a system built from scratch. "Hawaii's geography makes healthcare capacity coordination uniquely challenging, and uniquely important," said Andy Van Pelt, Vice President of Healthcare at Juvare. "Building on our long-standing relationships with the Healthcare Association of Hawaii, we're proud to bring near real-time bed visibility to acute care, behavioral health, and skilled nursing facilities across the state, all within a single, connected platform." With EMResource as the connective layer between hospitals, coalitions, and the state, Juvare is committed to helping Laulima Data Alliance turn statewide situational awareness into faster, more informed decisions for the patients who need it most. "Juvare's track record in Hawaii, and their ability to bring our existing acute care hospitals onto a new platform without disrupting their reporting workflows, made this an easy decision," said Hilton Ratheal, President and CEO of the Healthcare Association of Hawaii. "As we plan to expand visibility into behavioral health and skilled nursing capacity for the first time, we needed a partner who already understood our hospitals, our stakeholders, and our data. Juvare checked every box." About Juvare Juvare is a global leader in operational resilience and critical incident management, trusted by organizations across public, private, and healthcare sectors to navigate complexity, manage disruption, and maintain continuity - every day and in moments of crisis. With a client base that includes over 50 federal entities, 700+ emergency management agencies, 80+ corporations, 3,500+ hospitals, and thousands of local jurisdictions, Juvare enables coordination at scale - protecting people, assets, and reputations. www.juvare.com.
