Requirements
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and possessing a clear and concise communication style
  • Masters degree plus 4+ years experience as a Backend/Node.js engineer or 6+ years experience as a Backend engineer
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one additional coding language, including but not limited to Golang, Java, Python, C++, Rust
  • Curiosity towards new technology and outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Good grasp of software engineering and how to build a system in scalable and extendable manner
  • Have experience with Amazon Web Services
Responsibilities
  • Lead projects in a cross-functional team, providing technical leadership to the Product Managers
  • Ensure software features are delivered on time with usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability at their core
  • Build third-party integrations for data connections using appropriate technologies and architectures
  • Adopt automated and manual test strategies to ensure product quality
  • Generate reusable code libraries and frameworks
  • Help the team grow by sharing your expertise, experience, and perspectives
