Requirements
  • Be in the mid to final stages of ACA or an equivalent qualification, although different levels of experience will be considered.
  • Have previous experience within a finance team, ideally working with European entities.
  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Be able to organize and prioritize your own workload to meet deadlines.
  • Be adaptable and maintain a flexible and positive mindset.
  • Demonstrate a strong teamwork ethic.
Responsibilities
  • Post month-end journals, including prepayments and accruals.
  • Code purchase invoices.
  • Complete monthly balance-sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
  • Analyze trends and financial-performance data.
  • Review and monitor a portfolio of entities monthly.
  • Adhere to month-end procedures and timescales to meet Group reporting commitments.
  • Monitor expense invoices for certain entities to ensure cash allocation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Support Group and local statutory audits.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as required by management.
