Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience as a scheduler in a New Space, aerospace, or other technical industry, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience; alternatively, 12 or more years of total work experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Project and Jira.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and understand complex hardware assembly sequences.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning and material requirements planning systems.
  • Basic experience writing Structured Query Language queries or building data visualizations, such as Power BI, to track health metrics.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for Space Systems programs, ensuring vertical and horizontal integration across all program tiers.
  • Ensure schedules align with project objectives and resource availability; identify potential bottlenecks and support mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Engineering, and Supply Chain to gather accurate data and ensure program signals are reflected accurately.
  • Create and deliver timely schedule reports and dashboards, and inform Program Managers of schedule performance and margin erosion.
  • Create and maintain scheduling tools and processes using enterprise resource planning/material requirements planning systems, Structured Query Language, or Power BI to improve reporting efficiency and quality.
  • Provide priorities to production teams and manage push/pull signals to reduce lead times and meet delivery targets.
  • Support root cause analysis for schedule slips and help implement scalable solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.

  • Infor LN enterprise resource planning experience.
  • Exposure to Visual Basic for Applications or Python to automate scheduling workflows.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.

Berenberg launches space sector coverage with Buy ratings on Rocket Lab, AST SpaceMobile, Planet Labs, HawkEye 360

Berenberg has launched coverage of the US and European space sector, initiating four companies with Buy ratings. The bank initiated Rocket Lab with a Buy and an $83 price target, calling it "the only end-to-end public pure-play in space." AST SpaceMobile received the highest target at $92. Analyst Michael Filatov said the company is "the only company to have demonstrated true cellular broadband from space to unmodified smartphones." Planet Labs was initiated with a $25 target, whilst HawkEye 360 received a $24 target. Avio was initiated at Hold with a €33 target. Filatov said falling launch costs have driven the space economy past $500 billion in 2025, with the market on track to exceed $1 trillion by 2030.

ARK invests $12.8M in Rocket Lab as BofA maintains $110 target despite Electron delay
