Responsibilities
  • Analyze and synthesize consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunity spaces and inform innovation strategy within priority need states.
  • Develop product concepts, positioning, and claims informed by consumer needs, scientific substantiation, and business objectives, ensuring clear strategic rationale.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Science and Technology, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Sales to align on and advance strategically grounded innovation initiatives from concept through commercialization.
  • Support development of business cases, including market sizing, financials, and key assumptions, ensuring recommendations are rooted in strategic insights and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Brand and Sales teams to support commercialization planning and execution, including development of consumer-facing messaging grounded in science.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in the health and wellness, vitamin and supplements, or over-the-counter pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
