  • Advanced knowledge of Department of Defense logistics, supply chain management, and property accountability processes.
  • Strong understanding of technical publications development, maintenance, and lifecycle support.
  • Familiarity with Contract Data Requirements Lists and logistics documentation requirements within Department of Defense acquisitions.
  • At least 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or property management within a Department of Defense or federal environment.
  • Requires Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain records on Contractor publications using technically accurate source material and ensuring compliance with contractually imposed specifications and quality requirements, and identify issues.
  • Support device maintenance personnel and record verification of technical publications and logistics demonstrations.
  • Maintain existing technical publications, update publications to correct errors and reflect changes to system hardware and software, maintain alignment with operational and maintenance procedures, and distribute publication changes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise related to the delivery and property transfer of medical simulation materiel fielded to military hospitals and other Department of Defense simulation training centers.
  • Maintain a tracking system for all medical simulation materiel procured and fielded by the Medical Simulation Program Management Office.
  • Identify purchase trends and commonalities that could support future Programs of Record.
  • Assist with inventory and property management functions, including maintaining property books, property accountability services, equipment inspections and audits, reports of survey, control of durable supplies, equipment warehousing, and disposal of furniture, equipment, or supply items in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support Medical Simulation Program Management Office request for proposal development.
  • Develop and provide logistics requirement inputs for requests for proposals, including requests for information and performance work statements.
  • Develop appropriate Contract Data Requirements Lists required to procure lifecycle support documentation for Medical Simulation Program Management Office system acquisitions.
  • Input required Contract Data Requirements Lists into the CDRLvue application.
