- Oversee the full lifecycle of implementation and post-implementation activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and refine processes to optimize operational efficiency and scalability.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, product, and technical processes to align market expectations with deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create value propositions and go-to-market strategies for cloud solutions.
- Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee professional development plans, including training and upskilling initiatives.
- Perform resource planning, develop the team's skill matrix, optimize the team's workload, and improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify industry trends and technological advancements to continuously evolve the division's capabilities.
