Requirements

  • A university professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required; candidates without a university professional degree will not be considered.
  • Four to six years of software development experience.
  • Experience designing, programming, testing, and implementing applications.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and programming best practices.
  • Experience integrating applications and resolving technical incidents.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team, focus on customers and results, communicate effectively, and continue learning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain software applications.
  • Execute build, deployment, and solution implementation processes.
  • Analyze functional requirements with business teams.
  • Test applications, correct defects, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
  • Manage and maintain development, testing, and quality assurance environments.
  • Collaborate with testing teams to identify and resolve incidents.
  • Estimate effort for assigned use cases and requirements.
  • Lead specific automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to less-experienced team members.
