Requirements
- The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- The candidate must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Georgia, a Nursing Compact license, or a multistate license.
- The candidate must have three years of healthcare management and operational experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of an outpatient oncology infusion practice clinic, including personnel problem solving, clinic flow patterns, scheduling issues, and patient care issues.
- Fulfill administrative duties and provide staffing as a Registered Nurse when needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare administration.
- Knowledge of human resource management, including supervision and staff development.
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
- Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, and decision-making.
- Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with physicians, coworkers, staff, patients, and others as needed.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and direct the work of others.
- Effective leadership skills, including communication expertise, disciplinary skills, and coping management demonstrated through past experience.
