  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities
  • Obtain consult requests from EPIC for Cooper inpatients, prepare lists for all physicians, and update the lists with follow-ups.
  • File reports, laboratory results, radiology reports, and miscellaneous correspondence in patients’ charts to keep charts current.
  • Assist with faculty appointment forms, applications, and related paperwork.
  • Answer incoming calls in the Camden office, register patients, schedule appointments, take messages, direct messages to physicians or staff members, and follow through until completion.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Respond to requests for medical records.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is completed for the release of medical records.
