Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, certifications, or training.
- At least 3 years of related work experience in implementation, payroll, or a related human resources field.
- Proficiency in human resources software and tools, specifically PrismHR.
- A strong understanding of payroll and human resources processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing multiple implementation projects and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of federal and state benefit-administration regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to analyze complex situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, data analysis, and quality-control skills.
- Ability to prioritize and balance workloads as objectives change.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or during escalations.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to foster cooperation.
- Ability to sit frequently and occasionally stand and walk; may remain stationary 75–100% of the time.
- Ability to occasionally move around the building and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate with team members and operate standard office equipment, including a keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner, and copier.
- Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions and meet close-vision and focus-adjustment demands.
- Ability to sustain mental concentration in a moderate-intensity office environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full client implementation process for new professional employer organization clients to ensure a seamless transition to the services.
- Understand client requirements and configure professional employer organization solutions to meet those needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing guidance on system configuration and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to drive system adoption and user proficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert on industry trends, workflows, complex client situations, and benefits regulations.
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities in benefit implementations.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Recommend enhancements to implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure consistent implementation practices.
- Attend webinars, seminars, and training sessions.
- Perform ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- An industry certification is beneficial but not required, such as FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP.
