Secures BYOD endpoints with secure enclave
Venn is the sovereign AI platform for real estate. We turn each company’s data, knowledge and way of operating into its own Company Brain, then build bespoke applications and AI agents on top of it to grow revenue, reduce costs and improve performance. The intelligence stays the customer’s proprietary asset and compounds over time.
More than 270 owners and operators run on Venn across 30 states and five countries. Our customers include Related, Bozzuto and Kairoi Residential in the U.S. and Grand City Properties in Europe. Our platform is approaching one million homes, and our contracted revenue has more than quadrupled in the past year. Venn has raised over $140 million from investors including Group 11 and NOA, and recently acquired a16z-backed Zuma to accelerate our AI agents.
Our mission is to make sure AI sharpens what makes a real estate company different, instead of erasing it. Come build it with us.
About the role
Venn is building the AI operating layer for real estate and property management: a "company brain" that connects to our customers' existing systems, understands their data in context, and runs AI agents that do real operational work, like renewal tracking, delinquency monitoring and work-order triage.
We're looking for a senior PM who has already shipped AI-native products and wants to define what agentic software looks like in a vertical that's ready for it. You'll own core parts of the product, from the context layer to the agents and applications built on top of it, and you'll have real influence on where the company goes next.
What you'll do
What you bring
Big advantage
Join us in our mission to create a sense of belonging for everyone. If you've already built with AI and want to build what comes next, we'd love to talk.
Venn provides cybersecurity solutions for remote work on BYOD devices by creating a company-controlled Secure Enclave on employees' Macs or PCs, visually marked by a Blue Border, where work data is encrypted and governed by data-transfer policies. Its core product, VennDisk, creates a virtual encrypted local drive for work files and apps that can be remotely wiped when someone leaves, so apps run locally rather than through full desktop virtualization. This approach protects company data on unmanaged devices while preserving user privacy and personal activity, and enforces controls like copy-paste and screenshots to meet regulatory needs (FINRA, SEC, HIPAA). The company differentiates itself by offering a BYOD-first, cost-effective alternative to hardware-centric security and VDI, and it aims to grow its customer base beyond the 700+ organizations it already serves, supported by a $29M Series A in 2023.
