About the company

B-O-F focuses on gravity flow shelving for grocery stores. Bev-O-Flow uses inclined shelves that automatically slide products to the front, keeping shelves neat, rotated for freshness, and reducing stocking labor. The company differentiates itself by concentrating on gravity flow systems, backed by patents, and serving many leading grocery chains. Its goal is to help retailers improve on-shelf presentation and efficiency, and it has grown through private equity ownership changes, from the Knorring family to LaSalle Capital in 2021 and then to Victor Capital Partners in 2025.
