About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM is required.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web API is required.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is required.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, and business process flows is required.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus, is required.
- Experience with solution management, deployments, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines is required.
- Understanding of integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs is required.
- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Apps Component Framework controls.
- Build integrations using APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Functions, and Power Automate.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Perform data migration using Data Import, KingswaySoft, SQL Server Integration Services, or Azure tools.
- Support solution deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production releases.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Field Service.
- Knowledge of Power Pages and Copilot capabilities.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Developer Associate certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
- Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate certification.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
